This is an one day event for OPL members to come in and max out on the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. Run like a USAPL meet, the event prepares competitors for a sanctioned meet. Expect this event to last 6-8 hours. Prizes will be awarded to the top lifters of the day using the Wilk's Coefficient.
You must have an active OPL Membership to sign up for this event. Be expected to weigh in and declare your opening attempts first thing upon arrival, the meet will start shortly after. You do not need to wear a singlet to compete, and judges/spotters will be provided.

11:00 a.m. - Flight One Squat Max
11:30 a.m. - Flight Two Squat Max

2:00 p.m. - Warm-Up For Deadlift

3:30 p.m. - Scores/Weights Compiled and Clean Bars
