Auburn University Campus Recreation is hosting a TRX Suspension Training certification course for fitness professionals on January 24 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The course takes place at the Recreation and Wellness Center located at 601 Heisman Drive on Auburn’s campus.

The TRX Suspension Trainer is a portable training tool that leverages gravity and a person’s bodyweight to perform exercises that develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability.

The eight-hour hands-on course provides continuing education credits for certified fitness professionals and a comprehensive TRX course manual.

You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete 100s of exercises.
