If you are looking for smaller classes, with more personalized instruction and measured levels of progression, these classes are for you.
Class descriptions are as follows:
Intro to Kettlebells
This instructional class guides you through 4 weeks with one of the most versatile pieces of equipment out there, the Kettlebell. Intro to Kettle Bells introduces participants to the Basics of Kettlebells. Learn proper form and technique for the Kettlebell Swing, Clean and Press, Snatch, Half Get Up and more. Don't worry, you WILL sweat while learning the basics and get a total body workout.

TRX Fusion Factor
Grab hold of the latest fitness trends with Small Group Training’s TRX-Fusion Factor! These sessions will take suspension training to a whole new level as participants will develop their fitness using not only the TRX suspension trainer, but also several other exercise modalities.
